Microdensitometers: Methods Of Reduction
Scientific paper
The logic circuit design of the absolute zero signal for PDS coordinate
system is introduced. The key point is to make use of the phase relation
between the zero signal and B-phase signal on the linear optical
encoder. A logic circuit is designed to extract the absolute zero signal
with a high repeatability of less than 1 μm.
