The Jefferson Lab E93-038 collaboration recently measured the ratio of the electric to magnetic form factors of the neutron, g=G^n_E/G^n_M, at three Q^2 values (0.45, 1.15 and 1.47 (GeV/c)^2) using the quasi-elastic ^2H( e,e' n)^1H reaction. The experiment was performed in Hall-C at Jefferson Laboratory during the period from September 2000 to April 2001. The value of g was determined from the measured ratio of the longitudinal-to-sideways and longitudinal-to-longitudinal electron-neutron polarization transfer coefficients. A polarimeter [1] based on np scattering was used to analyze the polarization of the recoil neutrons. In this talk, the experimental setup will be described and details of the data analysis will be given. Our preliminary results for G^nE at 0.45 (GeV/c)^2 will be presented and compared to values from other experiments at near Q^2 values. [1] R. Madey, et al., A.I.P. Proceedings No. 339, 47-54 (1995).
