The production of massive lepton pairs in proton-nucleon collisions is an important probe of the anti-quark distributions in the nucleon. FNAL E866/NuSea has measured the ratio σ_pd/σ_pp for proton induced dimuon production, which provides important constraints on the ratio of anti-down to anti-up quarks as a function of Björken-x. Absolute measurements of the proton-proton and proton-deuteron cross sections provide complementary information on bard(x)+baru(x) and baru(x). Results for both the cross section ratio and absolute measurements are presented and compared with NLO calculations based on current parton distribution functions.
