Data collected with the BABAR detector at PEP-II asymmetric-energy B Factory at SLAC are used to measure lifetime and mixing frequency of B^0 \overline B^0 mesons. One B is fully reconstructed in a semileptonic decay mode, B^0 → D^*+ l ν or B^+ → D^*0 lν, and the flavor of the other B in the event is determined with a flavor tagging algorithm that exploits the relation between the flavor of the heavy quark and the charge of its decay products. The data sample consists of 23.3 fb-1 collected near the Υ(4S) resonance. The time evolution of the B meson is determined from the flight length difference between the two B mesons, produced in pairs in Υ(4S) decay, and the flavor assigned to each decay vertex. We report on an analysis that simultaneously measures the B^0 lifetime and the oscillation frequency, Δ m_d.
