The ultracompact LMXB 4U1626-67 was observed with XMM-Newton as part of the GT program. The high-resolution spectra obtained with the Reflection Grating Spectrometer reveal emission lines from hydrogen- and helium-like oxygen and neon. The emission lines are all significantly broadened with what appear to be double-peaked line profiles. We will present the RGS spectra and describe the constraints imposed on the accretion geometry by the unusual spectral features.
