We present 2-dimensional Monte Carlo simulations of x-and-gamma-ray output from accreting black holes. The 2-d code allows us to model the energy-time-and-angle-dependent radiation from accretion models, including disk corona, hot inner disk and ADAF-like scenarios. Of particular interest are the energy-dependent time-variability and phase dependence of QPOs. We will also discuss the effects of coupled thermal-nonthermal electron populations.
