The X-ray transient 4U 0115+63 is the only accreting pulsar to show more than two cyclotron line harmonics. In fact, a total of phfive cyclotron lines have been observed in the spectrum. During its February-April 1999 outburst, we made four long observations with the phRossi X-ray Timing Explorer. We present results of pulse phase resolved spectral analyses showing that the 4U 0115+63 hard X-ray spectrum is a very strong function of viewing angle to the neutron star magnetic field. In particular, cyclotron line energies and number of harmonics change through the pulse. We discuss implications for the emission geometry at the neutron star polar cap and the processes of cyclotron line formation.
