The evolution of the apsidal line of a passively gravitating point mass is considered within the framework of the restricted three-body problem with orbital commensurability of low-order mean motions and with account taken of the central body's oblateness. Secular and periodic terms are selected in the analytical expressions obtained. The influence of the oblateness on the variation of the periodical component and of the angular velocity of the apsidal line rotation is analyzed.
