More than 1000 simultaneous photometric observations in the four uvby filters of the Stromgren photometric system on the short-period variable star SX Phoenicis are presented. In addition, new H-beta measures in the Crawford photometric system are presented. Analysis of the light variation frequency spectrum is performed and sixteen frequencies have been identified. All 16 frequencies are harmonics or combinations of two main frequencies nu(1) and nu(2) corresponding to the fundamental mode and first overtone of radial pulsation, respectively. Intrinsic b-y, m1 and c1 values are derived and the physical parameters of this star are determined.
