The timings of the fades of four R Coronae Borealis stars are analyzed
for characteristics of systems driven by a low-dimensional attractor. R
CrB, RY Sgr, and S Aps have interfade timings which have a high
probability of being truly random. However, the analysis of SU Tau
implies that a determinable mechanism is responsible for the fades.
