Milagro cosmic ray detector, a large-area EAS water Cherenkov experiment, easily detects the blockage of TeV cosmic rays by the moon. Using the Earth's magnetic field as a spectrometer we can calibrate the absolute energy sensitivity of the detector. The stong signal is useful for checking the integrity of data from Milagro, including the directional event reconstruction. These data can also put limits on the antiparticle flux of cosmic rays in the TeV regime.
