Gamma-Ray Bursts emit radiation over the entire electromagnetic spectrum, from radio wavelengths to GeV and possibly TeV energies. One of the least understood aspects of GRBs is the emission in the very high energy (> 10 MeV) range - precisely the range to which GLAST will be sensitive. In this talk, we discuss the very high energy gamma-ray emission from GRBs. In particular, if the prompt 100 keV - 1 MeV emission is due to synchrotron radiation, then we expect an inverse-Compton component peaking at around ~ GeV energies. We discuss how observations of this high energy emission component by GLAST will help to constrain the physics of GRBs.
