Only one of the X-ray pulsar twins, 2S1145 - 619 and 1E1145.1 - 6141, which are separated by 15 arcmin and have similar pulsation periods (292 and 297 s, respectively), was detected by the ART-P imaging instrument aboard Granat during observations on February 6-7, 1992. The 6-20-keV flux from the source detected, 1E1145.1 - 6141, was 23 +/- 3 mCrab and pulsated with a barycentric period of 296.79 +/- 0.09 s. The upper limit for the 2S1145 - 619 flux in the 6-20-keV band was 8 mCrab (at the level of three standard deviations).
