Models are constructed for steady axisymmetric flow containing jet bipolar streams with accretion of rotating matter in areas adjacent to the equatorial plane. The most effective model is jet outflow of matter, in which the thermal diffusivity of accreting matter has a value close to that of its kinematic viscosity, and kinematic viscosity and temperature conduction rapidly increase with temperature.
