The secular parallaxes of stars with magnitudes in the range B = 9-16 m
are determined using the absolute proper motions from the general
catalog of the Mega/AGK3 program. The weighted mean values of stellar
secular parallaxes based on the data of various authors are calculated
for high, intermediate, and low Galactic latitudes.
