The charge distribution of primary cosmic rays with an energy above 1 TeV in the Z = 6-15 range, obtained with the Sokol-2 instrument on the Cosmos-1713 satellite, is presented. Attention is given to the method for improving the charge measurement accuracy of high-energy cosmic rays in the Sokol instruments; this improvement is achieved by the use of two types of charge detectors.
