Radial velocities are presented for 41 late-type stars of high proper
motion. Nearly all of these are new. Three stars appear to have space
velocities exceeding 400 km/s relative to the center of the Galaxy on
the basis of the currently available astrometric data. These cases are
examined in some detail.
