We present new flare stars in the region of Pleiades, and an analysis of the 266 flares stars known. On 32 of these objects the flare star phenomenon repeats 2 or more times. Assuming a Poisson distribution for the probability of occurrence of this phenomenon it is found that the total number of flare stars in a 16 square degree field centered on Alcyone is of 600 objects. This result is in agreement with previous estimates by Ambartsumian and collaborators. Regarding the incidence in outbursts in the known flare stars in the Pleiades field it is concluded that there is a marked tendency in the sense that the brighter the star, the smaller the observed apparent maximum amplitude; and conversely, for fainter stars the variation amplitude is larger. The flare stars in the Pleiades and their observed spectroscopic characteristics strengthen and in many aspects prove the validity of our primitive hypothesis in which the very young T Tauri stars were evolutionary connected to the flares star in different stellar aggregates and in the solar vicinity.
