The isolated, high-latitude T Tauri stars TW Hydrae, CD -29 deg 8887, and He 3-600 were searched for the presence of radio emission at 3.6, 6, and 20 cm using the VLA system. Only CD -29 deg 8887 was detected with fluxes of 0.55 and 0.64 mJy at 3.6 and 6 cm. Two searches for interstellar matter which could have remained in the field of this group of stars from their formation time gave negative results.
