Reliable radio spectra are established for the gamma-Cygni source and the IC 1318b, c nebular complex. Data used to obtain the spectra are presented, and determination of the spectra is outlined. A nonthermal spectral index is estimated for the gamma-Cygni source, and the nebular complex is shown to have an optically thin radio spectrum over the observed frequency range. Possibilities are discussed that the gamma-Cygni source may be a supernova remnant or that its emission may be a combination of thermal and nonthermal components.
