The processes of dynamical mixing of diffuse and dense materials are incorporated in a dynamical mixing model, together with photoejection as the complementary desorption mechanism. The abundances of 45 atomic and molecular species are computed for various values of the desorption rate and of the time-scale characterizing dynamical mixing. Particular attention is paid to the ratios C/CO, CO/H2 and H2O/CO.
