High resolution observations of solar active phenomena which have lead to the conclusion that small scale dynamic plasma structures usually occur a short time after a process of energy release are discussed. The formation of these dynamic plasma structures are obviously due to some kind of short lasting small scale magnetohydrodynamic process. Such structures could be described as a small scale plasma volume with imposed helicity and possibility for creation of currents and generation of small scale magnetic field.
