Direct photographs of N Del 1967 taken in the light of the forbidden O
III 5007 A line show an oval nebular remnant: angular size 3.7 x 2.5
arcsec, the position angle of the large (probably equatorial) axis is 43
deg. The nebular expansion method yields a distance of 850 + or - 50 pc.
