Results are presented from calculations of the intensity of spectral distortions in the cosmic background radiation (CBR) due to pregalactic dust. The angular distribution of CBR temperature fluctuations is studied, taking into account fluctuations in dust density caused by adiabatic inhomogeneities at scales exceeding those of galaxy clusters. It is shown that the maximum anisotropy is found in the submillimeter region of the spectrum, where the amplitude of fluctuations Delta(T)/T reaches 0.002-0.005.
