Elliptic integrals are derived with first- and third-type Legendre integrals to express comoving distance and light travel time as a function of redshift. Specific analytical treatment is given to cosmological models with nonzero cosmological constants such as those by Sahni et al. (1992) so that the treatment can be applied generally. The present treatment fully describes the expression of cosmological dependencies through standard elliptic integrals and facilitates the analysis of observational effects of a particular value of the cosmologial constant.
