We have performed high-resolution 12CO (J=1-->0) observations of the radio lobe spiral galaxy, NGC3079. The molecular gas is distributed in a disk which is comprised of (a) an unresolved nuclear core showing a high velocity dispersion, (b) a rigidly rotating broad nuclear ring of radius ~190 pc, which extends to about 750 pc radius, and (c) an outer disk showing spiral arm structure. The inner part of the nuclear ring is significantly warped about 40° from the major axis (Figure 1). This inner tilted disk is perpendicular to the radio continuum ridges connecting the radio lobes to the nucleus (Duric et al. 1983, Ap. J. Letters 273, L11) and is parallel to the angle of the VLBI components (Irwin and Seaquist 1988, Ap. J. 335, 658).
