MK spectral types have been determined for 69 stars designated as OB + in the catalog of Stephenson and Sanduleak. All but 11 of these stars turned out to be 0-type stars or B-type supergiants. Radial velocities are presented for 31 of the stars and for the interstellar K-line in the spectra of 25 of the stars. The radial velocities indicate that both the stars and the interstellar Ca II gas are associated primarily with the Sagittarius arm, and in some cases with the Norma-Scutum arm, of the Galaxy.
