Optical images of the central part of the ultraluminous infrared galaxy Arp 220 taken with the WF/PC instrument on the Hubble Space Telescope are presented. These include images taken with the F555W, F703W, and F785LP filters. A new complex structure within 1 arc second of the radio nucleus is seen. While part of this structure was seen in radio interferometric maps, most of the structure is new. This structure is heavily reddened and therefore shows up clearly only on the F785LP filter, but confirming evidence exists on the other images. It is not clear yet whether the new sources represent star clusters, active starbust knots, or multiple nuclei.
