In a previous paper ( Cosmic Electrodyn. 3, 116) we had suggested the
use of the radial r -2/5 dependence rather than the
often used r -2/7 one in approximations of the
electronic temperature profile in some two-fluid models. This note is
intended to clarify and restate some points on this subject.
