Equations of motion are derived for a rigid body having a ellipsidal cavity filled with an ideal incompressible magnetic fluid. The first four integrals of these equations are given, their Hamiltonian structures are investigated, and the integrable cases are determined. The dynamics of a rigid body having a cavity filled with a magnetic fluid is relevant to astrophysical problems encountered in the theory of neutron stars and pulsars.
