The AIA/HMI Joint Science Operations Center (JSOC) has built an integrated Data Record Management System (DRMS) and Storage Unit Management System (SUMS) to manage the analysis, archiving, and distribution of the massive amount of data flowing from the Solar Dynamics Observatory. NetDRMS is an extension of DRMS/SUMS allowing for dynamic mirroring of selected data among multiple data servers in a peer network. Bulk (e.g. image) data storage is managed using virtualized paths describing locations in a local disk cache, a tape archive, and/or other NetDRMS servers. Both DRMS and SUMS use relational databases to manage metadata, including all ancillary data (keywords), virtualized storage locations, and links to other data. The Virtual Solar Observatory uses NetDRMS to mirror key SDO data products for distribution throughout the scientific community. This paper describes the SDO data products now or soon to be available in the context of the DRMS data organization, the mechanisms for data distribution and archive mirroring, the status of the network of SDO data providers, and tools for retrieval of specialized data sets not available through the VSO from the JSOC.
