On 2010 March 21, the 42-element Allen Telescope Array (ATA) was used for a day of solar observations. Full disk images were obtained at six frequencies from 1.4 to 6 GHz including 2.8 GHz (10.7 cm). The excellent uv coverage at low spatial frequencies provided exceptional rendition of large scale solar features. In addition to active regions, the images show coronal holes, large-scale quiet sun areas of enhanced magnetic field, and coronal emission at the limbs. We present statistical analyses of the images as a function of frequency in addition to morphological comparisons with SOHO/EIT and MDI. One of the ultimate goals of this work is the decomposition of the radio 10.7 cm flux (F10.7) into its various contributing solar components.
