Modal mineralogy of Meridiani Planum basaltic soils is derived from
Mini-TES observations and compared with TES-derived mineralogy and
emissivity of the landing site and vicinity. Mineralogy of low-albedo
surfaces peripheral to the hematite unit and etched terrain is also
derived and presented.
