This paper describes the morphology, photospheric magnetic field and
radial velocity distribution of the active region of the Class 3B flare
(B. R. 2562) of 1980 July 14. Results show that this flare was formed of
two parts and that the Velocity field measurements of active regions are
important for investigating flare models.
