The lower limit of the Lorentz factor γ for particles radiating in
pulsars is obtaind. This limit is independent of the mechanism of
coherence of single-particle curvature radiation. It is argued that
γ should much exceed 100 for all pulsars. The limits on the radii
of the emission regions are also considered.
