Based upon the general formulas used for investigation of the galactic kinematics from data of stellar radial velocities and proper motions, the accuracies that can be attained in determination of the mean solar motion, galactic rotation and radial motion, are theoretically estimated. The results obtained using the formulas developed here are in good agreement with those found from practical calculation. Finally, the optimum of determining each of the parameters is discussed.
