New photoelectric observations of a long-period eclipsing binary system BM Cas, gathered during two consecutive seasons, are presented in this paper. An attempt to obtain a fit to observed light curves using the Wilson-Devinny model with a Monte Carlo method was done. We failed to obtain solution with the W-D model and considered also a thick disk hypothesis for BM Cas. Due to large scatter in the observed light curves we were unable to find the unique solution with this model. A grid of preliminary models found for fixed mass ratio were derived.
