Observations of the radio emission of pulsar PSR 0809 + 74 were made on the UTR-2 radio telescope at a frequency of 25 MHz with a time resolution of 100 microsec. A microstructure of individual pulses with a characteristic time scale of 2-4 msec was discovered. Drift of the subpulses with periods P3 = 11P1 and P2 = 60 msec is observed. The presence of absorption in the average profile is confirmed.
