Interplanetary-scintillation measurements at 102-MHz frequency with the Pushchino antenna have been carried out for 101 candidate quasars drawn from the 2700-MHz Parkes survey of the + or - 4 deg declination zone. Their high compactness (relative flux of the scintillating component) indicates that these radio sources retain their quasistellar structure at meter wavelengths. Nearly all the point (of about 0.1 arcsec) components have flat or inverted radio spectra.
