Stereographic images of the surface of Venus which enable geologists to
reconstruct the details of the planet's evolution are discussed. The
120-meter resolution of these 3D images make it possible to construct
digital topographic maps from which precise measurements can be made of
the heights, depths, slopes, and volumes of geologic structures.
