A spectrophotometric study of 51 Seyfert galaxies is presented. The galaxies were observed with a long-slit spectrograph coupled to the photon-counting bidimensional detector MEPSICRON. The paper includes the calibrated spectra of the inner nuclear region of the galaxies, obtained with spectral resolution of 12 A and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 50 on strong emission lines. A detailed spectral line identification was carried out and is presented with the corresponding derived line fluxes and equivalent widths.
