I report observation of halos around H2O masers. Parameters of the observed halos indicate that they result from scattering within the maser cluster, probably by ionized gas. Comparison of the spectra of a strong compact component and its halo indicates that the scattering material lies about 3 x 103 AU from the maser. The beam of radiation from the maser must fill an angle thetaM of at least 0.002 rad. The fact that all halos are about the same size argues that 0.002 less than or equal to thetaM less than or equal to 0.02 rad.
