Results on Einstein Medium Sensitivity Survey (EMS) Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) for the first approximately 90 percent of the Rosat All Sky Survey (RASS) are presented. Of the 427 AGN's in the EMSS, approximately 31 percent were detected in the RASS, for another approximately 36 percent upper limits are available, while, so far, no useful information is available for the remaining 33 percent. The average photon index of the EMSS AGN's in the position sensitive proportional counter band (01.1 to 2.4 keV), as determined from the hardness ratios, is significantly steeper than the one determined from Image Proportional Counter (IPC) data on the (0.3 to 3.5 keV) band for the same set of sources. The comparison of Rosat fluxes computed from count rates in the B band (0.4 to 2.4 keV) to fluxes in the EMSS band (0.3 to 3.5 keV) together with the spectral indices analysis indicates that sources tend to be steeper when they are brighter.
