Young Stellar Objects: Carbon Monoxide, Young Stellar Objects: Star Formation, Young Stellar Objects: Molecular Outflows
Scientific paper
The authors observed CO(1-0) spectral lines towards IRAS 05437-0001 and IRAS 05351+3549 as well as their adjacent areas with the 13.7 m radio telescope in Delingha, Qinghai. Both sources show intense CO emission. The CO lines exhibit conspicuous wings, suggesting molecular outflows. A 5'×5' map for each area has been constructed. The authors conclude that these sources are those of molecular outflow. It is concluded from the dynamic time scale and IR spectral type of each source that both are young stellar objects (with ages of a few 105 years).
