Based on photographic B, V photometry of the brightest blue and red stars, we determine distance moduli for the dwarf galaxies K 52, \ UGC 4483, K 54, BK3N, and K 73. All except K 54 have distance estimates between 2.8 and 4.0 Mpc, i.e. they are members of the M 81 + NGC 2403 group. The dwarf systems BK3N and K 73 among them stand out because of extremely small diameters (0.4, and 0.7 kpc) and low luminosity (-8.6 and -9.8 mag).
