We propose 4 pointing observations (total 10 ksec) by Chandra HRC-I of 6
ultra luminous compact X-ray sources (ULXs) in the arm region of the
nearby spiral galaxies to determine their positions, for the purpose of
optical identification of ULXs and their dynamical mass measurement,
which will unveil the nature of ULXs as ~100 solar mass black holes.
