The supernova remnant OA 184 has been observed interferometrically in the H-alpha line with a high-contrast Fabry-Perot etalon and a contact image converter. The mean expansion velocity of the diffuse filamentary envelope is 50 plus or minus 14 km/sec. The most rapidly accelerated gaseous structures are traveling away from the center at approximately 120-130 km/sec, corresponding to the shock propagation velocity in the intercloud medium. If the adiabatic model is adopted, the envelope has a characteristic expansion time of 7.5 x 10 to the 4th yr; the initial energy of the outburst would have been 10 to the 51st erg.
