Photoelectric UBV magnitudes and colours have been determined for 138
stars in NGC 2264, having membership probability greater than 50 per
cent on the basis of proper motion studies. The reddening across the
cluster is variable. The distance modulus to the cluster is estimated at
9.5±0.2 mag.
