The nature of SS433 with respect to velocity, spectral lines, magnetic field and mass is examined. The object is found to exhibit both X-rays and spectral lines of hydrogen and natural helium, suggesting that the latter are formed from the ionizing effects of the former. A theory of the existence of a binary stellar system is given and two axioms are presented. These suggest that one component, being like a massive star, possesses a strong magnetic field while the other one, a collapsed object, is indeed the source of the X-ray spectrum.
