The Black Hole Candidate GRS 1915+105 is an extremely variable X-ray transient which shows superluminal jets in radio and IR. The strong variability in the X-ray band is compatible with being caused by the oscillations of the inner region of the accretion disk. Making use of PCA/RXTE data, we inspected in detail the instability intervals of the source, tracing the evolution of the spectral parameters on time scales as low as 16 seconds. We present detailed correlations between the parameters during the instability and discuss them in connection to disk models. Moreover comparing 500 kseconds of simultaneous radio and X-ray data, we investigated the relation between disk inflow and jet outflow, identifying a one-to-one relation between instability and radio emission.
